Please read our Application Guidelines and Policies carefully to ensure your application is completed properly before submitting it. An incomplete or improperly filled out application WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED OR PROCESSED!

If you are unable to email, fax or mail in your application, you may drop it through the mail slot on our office front door. Please keep in mind our office is CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC. There will not be anyone there that will be able to help or answer questions in person. If you have questions, please call or email us.

We are currently working toward implementing an option to apply online, however for the time being, please download our Application Packet, fill it out and submit it to us via email.

We process all applications on a first-come, first-serve basis. That means that we process applications in the order they are received. Not all applications will be processed. If an application is approved, any appilcations received after the approved application will not be considered or processed.

We do not charge the application fee up front, unless you are first to apply. Please do not submit payment unless our office has contacted and asked you to do so.

Once we request your application fee it must be paid with a money order or cashier's check.

We DO NOT accept credit cards, personal checks or cash for application fees.

Once you submit your application, please allow up to 48 hours for us to respond. We will contact you and let you know the status of your application.

Typically it takes 7 to 14 days. The income and rental history verification can be delayed for various reasons that are outside of our control. Also please keep in mind, if you are not first to apply for a property, we do not process your application until all applications received before it have been rejected. We also will not start processing an application until the application fee has been received.

When we receive your application, we will let you know if there are any applications ahead of yours. We will not contact you again until all applications ahead of yours have been approved and the unit has been rented out or until all applications ahead of yours have been rejected and we are ready to accept your application fee payment and process your application.

Yes.

We contact all remaining applicants via phone or email once a property has been rented and is no longer available.

No.

You may only apply for one property at a time. However, if you've applied for a property and it is rented to someone else, we can move your application to another property upon request. The request date will be considered the new date of submission of the application. Depending on the amount of time since the original date your application was submitted, we may require updated information. If enough time has elasped you may be asked to fill out an entirely new application.

Yes.

We do accept Section 8 applicants. We require a copy of your voucher page be submitted with your application. If you do not have a voucher yet, we still require verification from the assistance program in order to take into consideration with the monthly income. We will not consider your application complete without a voucher and it will not be processed until we receive one.

Unfortunately, due to the number of inquiries we receive daily, there’s no way we could possibly accommodate all the requests to view our properties without first ensuring that prospective applicants are capable of renting the unit they wish to view.
